A corner room on the top floor. The rooms at Koyanagi were already spacious before the renovation (each room is around 45 square meters), but we knocked three rooms apart to create a room with a great view. On days when the sky over the Northern Alps is dyed in the sunset, the windows on one side turn into a giant screen projecting the natural spectacle. Of course, you can also enjoy this view from the open-air bath. Not only is it the largest bathtub in Matsumoto Honbako, but it also has space for two people to sit down so that you can take a long bath. It also has a mini kitchen, so you can sit on the counter chairs and immerse yourself in conversation, or enjoy reading on the sofa... Designed by SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE. Some customers look at the interior with the demolished walls as they are and ask, "Is it still under construction?", but this is the "finished product." You can enjoy a space where new and old "memories" are layered, which is typical of SUPPOSE. We deliberately did not apply any interior materials or paint them, so you can enjoy the texture of the materials. By the way, the construction costs are much higher than "Koyanagi", which is finished with all natural materials (diatomaceous earth plaster walls, thick solid boards, solid wood flooring, etc.).
