[Opening in Spring 2023!] About an hour by shuttle bus from Echigo Yuzawa Station, this villa is located in the Kawanishi district of Tokamachi City, the venue for the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale, and is a renovated traditional house over 100 years old. The vast grounds include a private sauna and a barbecue terrace. James Turrell's work "House of Light" is nearby, and you can also go to the Echigo-Tsumari Satoyama Museum of Contemporary Art MonET by electric bicycle. The village is home to the "Thousand-Armed Kannon," which conveys 1,200 years of history. ■ Sauna The sauna in the separate building has a capacity of 6 people. By wearing swimsuits, groups of men and women and families can enjoy it. The sauna in the building has a capacity of 2 people. The cold bath is groundwater-flowing. Customers who do not use the sauna will receive a 5,000 yen discount.
