[Opening in summer 2024!] Kiroku village, where the legend of the heavenly maiden is passed down. KIORKU is built on land adjacent to Kiroku Shrine, where the heavenly maiden is enshrined. Originally the home of the priest, two storehouses on the premises have been renovated into guest rooms. Storehouses 01 and 02 have the same area and layout, but have different atmospheres. Storehouse 01 was originally a tatami storehouse, and there was a Japanese-style room with a tokonoma alcove on the first floor. After renovation, the space was utilized to create a living room. It has been finished in a bright space with white plaster. The second floor is a bedroom with a living space. It is basically designed for two people, but if you line up the extra beds, it can accommodate up to four people (just the right size for a family of two small children and two adults. If you are an adult, it can accommodate up to three close girls on a trip). The storehouse also has a small dining table (it is a bit cramped for four adults), a simple kitchen, and a bathroom (not a hot spring). For dinner, we will serve you a hot pot dish made with the Satoyama Jyujyo recipe, with local hospitality. For breakfast, the same dishes as those at Satoyama Jyujyo are delivered. Although elaborate cooking and BBQ are not available at Kura, there is a mini kitchen, which is convenient for families with children. Of course, you can also drive around to Michelin-starred restaurants.
